Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)

The WSIB or Workplace Safety and Insurance Board ensures that employers and workers are placed in a safe, healthy work environment in Ontario. They provide a workers' compensation system for both employers and their employees. Established in 1915, WSIB has a long history of preventing and handling work related injuries and health issues.
